Whether you are an adult, adolescent or child, feelings of stress, anxiety and depression can become overwhelming. Therapy can help change patterns of negative thinking, feelings and behaviours and relieve the emotional distress. My current experiences include, but are not limited to, clients with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. My passion is with children and I have training in creative Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) interventions for children with anxiety. The modalities that I use are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT) and Narrative Therapy. My practice is located in Pembroke, Ontario.
Anyone, including children and adolescents, dealing with stress, anxiety, feeling depressed or unmotivated, body image and lack of confidence.
